Weavecode.ai operates as an infrastructure provider, connecting you to powerful AI models for code generation. We do not train or own proprietary foundational models. We provide access to:
Weavecode.ai does not offer free tiers, free tokens, or free trial usage. All access requires an active paid subscription.
All billing, payment processing, tax calculations (including Indian GST), and localized payment methods are handled securely by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. You are subject to Paddle's respective buyer terms during checkout.
We offer a 7-day refund window for all new subscription purchases. If you are not satisfied with the service, you may request a refund within 7 days of your initial purchase.
To prevent abuse, we reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of excessive or abusive usage of the service during the refund period.
After the 7-day refund period has passed, all payments are non-refundable. Refunds are not provided for renewal payments, partial subscription periods, or unused time. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method.
Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your dashboard. Cancellation prevents billing for the next cycle, but you will retain access to your plan until the end of the current paid period.

We do not offer a financially backed Service Level Agreement (SLA) or guaranteed uptime. The availability of Claude 4.6 Sonnet and Gemini 3.1 Pro is dependent on the uptime of AWS Bedrock and Google Vertex AI. We are not liable for upstream downtime or maintenance.
The outputs generated by Weavecode.ai may contain errors, bugs, security vulnerabilities, or "hallucinations."
Your Responsibility: You are 100% solely responsible for reviewing, testing, securing, and validating all generated code before deploying it in any environment.
Limitation of Liability: Under no circumstances shall Weavecode.ai be held liable for any damages, security breaches, financial losses, or intellectual property disputes arising from your deployment of the generated code.
Inputs: You retain all rights to the prompts you provide.
Outputs: You have the right to use, modify, and commercialize the code generated, subject to the licensing terms of the underlying third-party or open-source models.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without refund, for violating the following rules:
Prohibited Code Generation: Generating code for malicious purposes (malware, ransomware, spyware, etc.).
Offensive Security Restrictions: Scripts for automated vulnerability scanning, DDoS, or brute-force attacks.
Infrastructure Abuse: Attempting to "jailbreak" system prompts, bypass safety filters, or use bots to circumvent token quotas.
Intellectual Property Violations: Intentional reproduction or leaking of proprietary codebases or copyrights.
These terms are governed exclusively by the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal complaints, disputes, or proceedings must be instituted exclusively in the competent courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. You agree to attend courts in this jurisdiction for any legal process.
