In strict compliance with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023, Weavecode.ai acts as a Data Fiduciary exclusively for the essential account data (such as your Email address and account identifiers) required to maintain your subscription and grant access to our platform.

We do not save, log, cache, or store your prompts, code inputs, or generated outputs on our servers after the session is complete. Your requests are processed in-memory and immediately discarded.
We do not use your prompts, inputs, or generated code to train, fine-tune, or improve any AI models.
Prompts routed to third-party APIs (AWS Bedrock for Claude, Google Vertex AI for Gemini) are transmitted securely and are governed by those enterprise providers' respective zero-retention API policies, which also prohibit training on customer data.
All billing information, payment processing, and localized tax calculations (including Indian GST) are handled securely by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.
Weavecode.ai does not collect, process, or store your credit card information or primary financial data. Paddle processes your billing data according to their own stringent privacy and global compliance policies.
In accordance with the DPDP Act, we have appointed a Grievance Officer to address any concerns regarding your personal account data privacy.
